Our story and approach

I started ELT Cost Management Ltd in 2020 after two decades in contracting, development and consultancy. I wanted to offer clear, honest cost advice without the jargon. My work follows RICS standards but I explain things in a way clients can act on. I help people make choices that protect budgets and keep projects moving.

I’m hands-on and practical. You’ll get the same advice I’d give if I were spending my own money on a job.

How we work with you

We start by listening to your aims and the project risks. Then we agree a simple plan: what checks we’ll do, how often, and what reports you’ll get. I keep language clear and reports short so decisions are fast and confident. I work alongside your team, contractors and lenders to keep things fair and transparent.
